Burt lived on the corner of Grant and Grey when we started out at Lincolnwood Elementary.. I remember he chased me around the playground in kindergarten or first grade and I jumped up on the park bench near the front entrance and he grabbed me by the sleeve of my pale blue cardigan and it ripped right off! He was quickly forgiven when my mother explained that boys only chase after the girls that they fancy;)
